In 2005, Permatex® became a subsidiary of ITW Performance Polymers, enabling them to strengthen their worldwide market presence. Permatex® is based at the Head Office of ITW Performance Polymers in Rushden, UK and has distribution and manufacturing facilities in Shannon, Ireland and the USA.
